FSUIPC and Lua scripts have become absolutely key to my enjoyment of flight simulation. The registration key is initially emailed to you and can be accessed via your personal Sim Market account.
Once FSUIPC is installed its config file is located inside the Modules folder found in the root directory of your simulator.
